I received the envelope each month for four months, and it was very cute and we looked forward to receiving it. Then in February I did not receive one, even though my card was still charged. I emailed her from the web page, only to be ignored each time. I then was charged again in March, and again, did not receive an envelope, and again, was ignored when I tried to contact her. After two months of no mail and no contact, I asked her to please cancel my subscription, yet I was charged also in April and May. I finally had to call PayPal to get them to stop taking my money. Its a shame, they were really cute envelopes, we would have loved to have kept receiving them, as we certainly paid for twice as many as we received, and I wish her better business savvy as ignoring a customer was a terrible thing to do.
