Thanks for the quick reply!. Try clicking on the red “see how it works” or “see what’s inside” buttons on the first page. It sends you to an error link page that is a PetLand page with the web address of http://customdogblankets.com/how-it-works/
Both PetLand and Reggie Box also show a location in Naperville, IL.
The PetLand error page seems to a very good indication that the two are connected. If they are, it is not an organization that I care to do business with.

It appears to be highly suspect as a company that buys pets from puppy mills. To me and I assume many other pet owners, very concerning.

I had gotten a one time box and it was great.
I had a little issue with the flavor choices (you can choose, beef, chicken or seafood), but when I contacted them, I actually got a whole new box with the correct treats in it – with a note in it.
Cute part is, your cat’s name is written on the outside of the package!

I checked out bugsy’s box and BFF, but it looks like quite a bit of their items are hide based or have grain in them and my dog is strictly grain free because of food allergies so subscribing to them would be a waste of money, I think… and “Petflow” is absolutely covered in “Hills” brand Science Diet ads, the perpetrators of so many pet treat and food recalls not to mention thousands of suits involving their product poisoning people’s pets. So that’s a no…

I don’t think these subscription pet box companies realize how important it is to post products in previous boxes so people can get an idea of the types of things that will be sent. I’m wary of buying “mystery” boxes for my pets because they might send me a box full of treats I cant give my dog. I like Dr. D’s the best because you can specify things like that, however to have preferences you need to buy the big box. So for now, I think I’ll have to go with the Bark Box, because at least I know a good 50% of the things they have sent in the past are items my pets will be able to use.
