I have never seen an unboxing for a Corkcicle Mystery Box so opening this was super exciting. Everything arrived perfectly packaged

All totaled my Corkcicle Mystery Box had a value of $184.22 using current sale prices or $200.70 using regular prices.  That is an incredible value and I got a great mixture of items. I would absolutely get this again!

I really had no idea what to expect from this box. I’d heard of people getting a giant box with just a whoopee cushion in it so it really could have been anything.

–Poo-Pourri The Woo of Poo: I thought this was just a joke book, but it’s more than that.  It’s a bit of inspirational light reading for whenever you have a spare minute – perhaps in the bathroom even.  I wouldn’t call this amazing, but it’s not a complete dud either.

I saw a few unboxings on Reddit and everyone seemed to be receiving the same Mystery Box variation, but you never know.

Happily my Mystery Box was the same as the others I’d seen! My COOLA Mystery Box included:

–COOLA Classic Body Sunscreen (Tropical Coconut) SPF30 ($28): I just bought this sunscreen (and the next one) at TJMaxx and I thought I was getting a deal at $14.99!  I’m not going anywhere on Spring Break, but it’s almost (well it’s coming) Summer in Michigan and I will be by the pool as soon as I can!

–COOLA Classic Body Sunscreen (Guava Mango) SPF50 ($28): Again, just bought this at TJMaxx for $14.99!  It will probably take me 2 weeks to use this up once the weather warms up. This smells SO good!

–COOLA Refreshing Water Mist Sunscreen SPF18 ($36): Ohh, I love the idea of keeping this in the fridge and spritzing it on during a pool break or after a long walk. I wish summer would hurry up!

–COOLA Classic Face Sunscreen (White Tea) SPF30 ($32): I love this white tea scent. This sunscreen is designed for your face and has an SPF50. It’s non-greasy and promises to be water-resistant for 80-minutes.

–COOLA Mineral Sun Silk Moisturizer SPF30 ($46): I am not sure I have ever tried any COOLA mineral sunscreens? This seems to be more of a daily moisturizer with SPF30. I will happily give it a try! I want to mention that all of the sunscreens have expirations of between 8/23 and 8/24, so there is plenty of time to use these products before they expire.
All totaled my COOLA Mystery Box had a value of $170. I am blown away by the value here and will certainly snag this next time it’s available.

I have been debating purchasing the DW Home Candles Surprise Box for a while now and my curiosity finally got the best of me! The box is available in two sizes – Medium which contains 3-4 items and Large which contains 5-7 items.  I opted for the large surprise box. The more candles the better you know?

MyDW Home Candles Surprise Box included the following items:

–Maple Pancakes (15.1oz) ($16): Maple Pancakes has notes of rich maple, caramelized sugar, and pancake batter combined with the essence of pumpkin and toasted nuts.  It’s a double wick candle with 56 hours of burn time. The scent is totally me and probably something I would have picked up on my own.

–Palo Santo & Incense Diffuser (3.4oz) ($18): Warm palo santo combines with moss and amber, balanced by soft spices, green herbs, sandalwood and musk in this beautiful scent blend.  This smells incredible!  I needed a new diffuser for my office so this was perfect.

–Woodsmoke Bourbon (9.1oz) ($14): Woodsmoke Bourbon has dark, amber notes of oak aged bourbon spun gently with smoked vanilla bean,  hickory, and touches of birch wood, enhanced with crushed black peppercorn, spicy nutmeg, and golden clove bud.  It’s not a scent I would grab for myself, but it’s perfect for my husband.  This is going on his bar in the basement (home of his bourbon collection).

–Teakwood & Onyx (13.2oz) ($20): Teakwood & Onyx has an ambered teakwood base, combined with hints of smoked vanilla and dark onyx. This is probably my least favorite scent out of the bunch. It’s not awful, but for sure not something I would pick up on my own. I do love the container and the crystal on the lid.

–Lodge (Woodland Moss) (9oz) ($13): Woodland Moss has notes of earthy moss, sunflower, and moonlit greens, accented by crushed patchouli, spiced vetiver and aromatic redwood, with hints of smooth mahogany and ethereal musk. This is another love. It’s giving winter up-north vibes.

All totaled the DW Home Candles Surprise Box had a value of $81. Including tax and shipping I paid $65.71. Not an incredible value by any means, but I loved the surprise element of this one. I really had no idea what I was going to receive and I feel like I got some great items.

I am always on the hunt for new Mystery Boxes and was super excited when this one popped up on my Facebook feed. It’s the Summer Mystery Box from American Licorice (home of Red Vines). I knew kids would love this so I ordered right away!

American Licorice Company posted pictures and details of the food items coming in the box, but I did not know what the swag would be.

The American Licorice Company Summer Mystery Box included the following items:

-(2) Red Vines Original Red Twist Trays ($2.99/each) ($5.98): I never buy Red Vines (Twizzlers just are so much easier to find at the store), but I love them. We ate one tray of these on a like 30 minute car ride.

-(2) Sour Punch Rainbow Straw Trays ($1.89/each) ($3.78):  I didn’t sample these myself, but B and the kids enjoyed them. They come in four flavors (Apple, Blue Raspberry, Lemon & Strawberry) and are covered in a sour candy coating.

-(1) Sour Punch Blue Raspberry Straw Tray ($1.89) and (1) Sour Punch Grape Straw Tray ($1.99): Same sour candy coated straws as above, but these are one flavor per tray.

-(1) Sour Punch Sweet Bites Hanging Bag ($1.79): These chewy bites have all the great candy flavor, without the sour. They come in four flavors (Dream Berry, Passion Punch, Grateful Grape and Cotton Candy) and, let me tell you, it’s hard not to eat the entire bag in one sitting ;).

-(1) Sour Punch Assorted Bites Hanging Bag ($1.79)and (1) Sour Punch Tropical Bites Hanging Bag ($1.79): The kids (and B) love sour candy more than I do, so they will be having these. They are soft & chewy candy in assorted flavors with a sour sugar coating.

-(1) Torie & Howard Assorted Chewie Fruities Stand Up Bag ($2.89): I forgot ALL about these.  I think they were originally in a Citrus Lane (remember them) box when W (who is now 10) was a baby. I’d describe them as softer (and fancier) Now & Laters.

-Swag: Red Vines Sunglasses, Sour Punch Speaker & Red Vines Chapstick: Uhh, I have been wearing these sunglasses for the last 3 days. The chapstick (raspberry flavored) is already in my car and I will figure out something to clip that little speaker on!

All totaled (not including the swag), the American Licorice Company Summer Mystery Box has a value of $21.90. Not a super outstanding value, but it was so fun to get a variety of snacks and the fun swag!

My Stasher Mystery Bundle has arrived! If you missed it, Stasher was offering two Mystery Bundle options – a 7-pack bundle for $59.99 (a $100 value) or a 10-pack bundle for $99.99 (a $165 value).  I opted for the 10-pack bundle.

If you aren’t familiar, Stasher Bags are reusable, non-toxic, silicone storage bags.  They come in a wide variety of sizes and colors.  They are dishwasher friendly and can be used for snack storage, freezing, oven cooking, microwaving, even boiling! Stashers also work for carrying toiletries, power cords, school supplies and more.

I am not going to review the products, but I thought I would share each of the items I received in the bundle, plus the retail value to see how the received value compared to the promised value.

I ordered my Stasher Mystery Bundle on 10/26 and it arrived via UPS on 10/29.

I wasn’t sure how this would all be packaged, but I didn’t expect it to be all loose. But considering the entire point of these bags is to reduce waste, packaging them in plastic would make no sense at all.

–clear / Go ($19.99): I am going to hook this on the inside of my 4th graders backpack for those days he needs to carry cash (book fair, bagel day, etc.).

–Waterfall / Half Gallon ($21.99): This is huge!  I will likely use it for toiletries while traveling.

–Papaya / Snack ($9.99): I’m thinking this is a great size for pumpkin seeds!

–Palm / Snack ($9.99): Other than for holding snacks, this size is ideal for toothbrush, floss and toothpaste while traveling.

–Rose Quartz / Pocket ($7.99): I have seen this used to hold medication / vitamins, but I am not sure what we will use it for yet.  It’s SO cute!

–Ocean / Sandwich ($12.99): I think this might be the wildest color / pattern in my Mystery Bundle? I wouldn’t even consider this to be truly “wild” though.

–Pineapple / Sandwich ($12.99): We used reusable bags (not Stasher though) while visiting the Smoky Mountains this summer and they were so handy.  They keep a sandwich much fresher (aka less soggy) than plastic too.

–Aqua / Stand-Up Mini ($17.99): Ideal for grapes or any other snack that may roll out or spill if laid flat while open.

–Clear / Stand-Up Mega ($29.99): This one is giant!  The website shows it storing everything from tennis balls to apples to lettuce.

–Amethyst / Stand-Up Mid ($21.99): A great size for storing berries and other fruits in the refrigerator.

All totaled my Stasher Mystery Bundle 10-Pack had a value of $165.90. The value was exactly as promised and I could not be more thrilled with my bundle.  I was super curious if the colors would be funky or discontinued, but that was NOT the case at all.  Everything I received was current and I will 100% use all of the items.  Such a great deal!
